Diagnosis of RRP of the larynx usually includes:

1. Laryngoscopy: Examination of the larynx using an endoscope to visualize the warts.
2. Biopsy: Taking a small tissue sample for laboratory analysis to confirm the diagnosis and identify HPV.

Prevention of RRP larynx often includes:

1. Vaccination: Regular HPV vaccination can reduce the risk of infection.
2. Avoiding risky behaviors: Reducing the risk of HPV exposure through safe sexual behavior.

RRP of the larynx presents a challenge in diagnosis and treatment. Timely identification of symptoms and the application of appropriate therapeutic strategies are key steps in the management of this rare but serious disease.
