The organizer of the creative contest is Lohuis Filipović Medical Group Clinic d.o.o., headquartered at Trg J.F. Kennedy 6B, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 85276921158 (hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer).
The contest begins on April 10, 2025, and runs until April 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM. The purpose of the contest is to promote the services of the Organizer.
All adult individuals residing in the Republic of Croatia are eligible to participate. Minors are not allowed to take part in the contest. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
To participate, you need to send a photo of your face to the email address info@lf-mg.com with the subject “For the contest” by April 17, 2025.
The prizes include one free treatment with Botox or dermal fillers, depending on the indications and the recommendation of the Organizer’s medical team. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another service.
Winners will be selected based on the assessment of the Organizer’s expert team. They will be notified by email after the selection and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 days of receiving the notification.
By participating in the contest, participants agree that if selected as winners, their name, photo, and case presentation may be published and used without compensation across all media and promotional channels of the Organizer, including social media, PR articles, and other media, as well as in video materials that may be used without time limitation.
Winners do not bear any taxes, liabilities or fees directly related to the prize.
Incorrect or incomplete entries will be considered invalid. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time who does not comply with the contest rules.
By participating in the contest, participants give consent to the Organizer for the collection, processing, and use of personal data for the purpose of conducting the contest, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
By participating in the contest, participants accept the rights and obligations set out in these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules or cancel the contest at any time, with notice published on official communication channels. In case of a dispute, the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
This contest is in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook. It is neither promoted nor sponsored by Instagram. Any data you provide is solely for the purpose of participating in this contest and is given to the Lohuis Filipović Clinic, not to Instagram or META.
